Compressed Air Filter
Pure Air Only, Nothing Else!
The precision filtration system comprises five distinct types of filters: a PF-grade gas-liquid separator, an AO, AA, and AX-grade three-stage precision filter set, and an AR-grade rear dust filter. As compressed air containing solid particles enters the vessel, it flows through the filter element from the inside out. Utilizing direct interception, inertial collision, and gravitational sedimentation, the system effectively captures oil mist, promoting its coalescence as it permeates the filter bed. This process ensures efficient gas-liquid separation within the internal gravity drainage layer, with contaminants ultimately being expelled as wastewater.

Filter Element Description
PF grade gas and liquid separator filter element
Efficiently separates over 98% of liquids and particles larger than 3 µm.

AO grade oil and gas filter element
Effectively filters particles larger than 1 µm, as well as water and oil mist, leaving a residual oil content of 0.1 ppm.

AA grade oil and gas filter element
Typically installed after AO-grade filter, it efficiently removes particles larger than 0.5 µm, along with water and oil mist, leaving a residual oil content of 0.01 ppm.

AX grade oil and gas filter element
Typically installed after AA-grade filter, it effectively removes particles larger than 0.1 µm, along with water and oil mist, leaving a residual oil content of 0.003 ppm.

AR grade dust filter element
Typically installed at the gas pipeline outlet, it effectively removes particles larger than 0.01 µm, ensuring an outlet gas dust content of ≤0.01 µm.

Precision Filter Working Principle
Compressed air containing solid particles enters the vessel and passes through the filter element from the inside to the outside. Through processes such as direct interception, inertial collision, and gravitational sedimentation, the oil mist is captured and encouraged to coagulate as it permeates the filter bed. This results in the separation of gas and water from the oil in the internal gravity drainage layer, with the contaminants ultimately being discharged as sewage.
